Business Partner Requirements
The PENROD Company is participating in the Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (CTPAT) program. We have been accepted into this program and have received CTPAT certification from Customs & Border Protection. PENROD is very serious regarding the security issues within its supply chain process. In order to remain CTPAT certified, PENROD is responsible for ensuring the business partners we have selected to conduct business with meet or exceed Customs minimum security requirement for all processes within their supply chain operations. Our suppliers and providers must establish the below minimum security procedures within its own facilities to safeguard shipments against terrorist activity.
In order to be established as a vendor for PENROD, a validation of CTPAT certification and receipt of SVI number or a CTPAT supply chain security questionnaire must be completed in its entirety. Should the company already be CTPAT certified, a copy of the certification should be faxed to: CTPAT C/O The PENROD Company at 757.463.4019, or alternatively a CTPAT portal generated e-mail containing the SVI number should be e-mailed to sourcing@thepenrodcompany.com
